Sam Mor

Instructional Implementation Coach

Sam brings more than a decade of experience in education. She began her career in Chelsea, MA, working as both a classroom teacher and a special education teacher. After two years, she realized she had more to learn in order to better support her multilingual students who were acquiring English. This insight led her to Colorado, where she earned a Master’s Degree in Educational Equity and Cultural Diversity with a focus on English as a Second Language (ESL).

Sam returned to Massachusetts to serve as an elementary ESL teacher in Chelsea and Lawrence. There, she discovered her passion for the co-teaching model—partnering with classroom teachers to implement curriculum and use differentiation tools that meet the needs of all learners. Her work naturally progressed into leadership and coaching roles, where she contributed to school leadership teams, developed curriculum, and built a comprehensive ESL program for her school.

Outside of her role at Supported EDU, Sam enjoys spending time at home with her children. She and her family love the outdoors and often travel to Maine to explore and recharge.
