Case Study 1
Case Study 1
Dr. Crisp Elementary Case Study:
The Challenge
Dr. Crisp Elementary School was in a dire situation. Staff turnover was at an all-time high, morale had plummeted, the principal resigned, and student behaviors were at unbearable levels. They desperately needed support that was both strategic and compassionate.
The Solution
Supported EDU developed a multiyear plan of action using candid conversations, data review, and active listening. We created professional development that was targeted and adaptable. The program consisted of a series of all-community and small group workshops, one-on-one coaching, and district-wide consulting. Our goals were to:
- Support mental health and wellness for faculty and staff
- Guide an overall culture shift
- Strategic planning in the design of a wholehearted, learning community
The courses were offered inline with the district’s PD schedule.
The Results
Kimberly Sarfde, EdD, Assistant Superintendent ~
“You approached us with a genuine desire to understand the root causes of our struggles. Working with Supported EDU has been transformative. Their approach went beyond providing strategies—it was about building belief, resilience, and a pathway forward. The impact of their work is still evident in the improved culture and outcomes at Dr. Crisp and across Nashua School District.”
“We saw a positive shift in teacher retention, improved behavior management strategies, and a greater sense of community.”
“The PD and interventions created a sense of hope and direction.”
“Staff began to feel more competent and less isolated.”
