In the swirl of recent years, it’s easy to feel overwhelmed and disconnected from your purpose. Aligned and Anchored is a supportive space for educators ready to move forward—not back—with clarity, connection, and intention. Through weekly Zoom sessions, you’ll reflect on what’s holding you back, realign with your values, and build sustainable habits that support emotional wellness and purpose-driven work. Four-week, solution-centered professional learning series designed to empower educators.
This summer, join a powerful 4-week virtual learning experience designed to help elementary educators build classroom communities rooted in connection, calm, and student success. Through engaging workshops, you’ll gain practical tools to support dysregulated students, use restorative language that builds trust, and create a classroom culture where everyone feels safe and ready to learn. You’ll explore targeted strategies for navigating challenging behaviors, reconnecting with disengaged learners, and responding with confidence in the moment.
You’ll leave each session with ready-to-use strategies, teacher scripts, and a renewed sense of purpose…plus continued support through optional 1:1 coaching and peer collaboration throughout the year.

This bi-weekly gathering offers a nourishing pause for educators to feel seen, heard, and supported. In a loosely facilitated circle, we’ll hold space for honest conversation, shared experience, and quiet reflection—with no prep, pressure, or performance.
Alongside meaningful connection, each session will include simple mindfulness practices, strategies for setting clear boundaries, and support for making value-aligned decisions with your time and energy.
There are no assignments and no expectations—just space to breathe, to be, and to remember: you’re not alone. Whether you’re coming with a heavy heart, a joyful win, or just the need to sit in good company—this circle is for you.
Because healing happens in community.
And you don’t have to do this work alone.
