Who Is Supported EDU

Supported EDU Edcuation

Staffing shortages, chronic absenteeism, physical threats, and an overall disconnect between administrators and teachers has created a severe mental health crisis in our schools. Educators and students are paying the price.

Supported EDU is here to rekindle the passion that allows educators to reclaim their purpose.

We are dedicated to supporting mental health through professional development and advocacy, equipping the learning community with the skills needed to cultivate balance, purpose, connection, and joy.

Our support is tailored to empower educators with the tools to focus on their own mental health while modeling and teaching social-emotional learning for both themselves and their students. Working together to address and meet the unique needs of your educators, your team will be empowered to show up fully for their students and make a lasting difference.

WE ARE

Connection-Builders

Connection Builders

We empower educators to reconnect with their core values, fostering authentic relationships and a sense of belonging. By reigniting purpose, we cultivate thriving communities where educators, students, and families feel inspired, valued, and connected—creating a lasting, positive ripple effect in schools and beyond. Together, we build communities where everyone belongs.

Curiosity Defenders

The foundation of transformation begins with curiosity. We guide educators to move beyond defensiveness and embrace challenges with an open mind. By cultivating the courage to question assumptions and resist snap judgments, educators unlock new possibilities for themselves and their students.

Courage-Instigators

Courage Instigators

Living your values and sharing them boldly with the world takes courage—and courage begins with vulnerability. We help educators rediscover the bravery they already possess, offering the permission, guidance, and spark they need to turn that courage into a transformative force for themselves, their students, and their communities.

Is this you?

You want to feel connected, fulfilled, and aligned with your purpose. You can’t imagine doing anything else, but are at a point where you just CAN’T do it anymore. You need someone to say, “I see you. I can help. You don’t need to carry this weight alone anymore.”

We’re here to help you rediscover the WHY that inspired you to become an educator in the first place.

Founder of Supported EDU

Meet Kelly Driscoll

Connection, curiosity, and the courage to lead with humanity are the foundation of Kelly Driscoll’s life and work and the lens through which she reimagines what education communities can become.

With more than 30 years in education, Kelly has spent her career listening deeply to educators and asking a powerful question: What becomes possible when the adults in a school community are truly supported?

Kelly began her career as a special education paraprofessional before becoming a school counselor and later serving for a decade as a building-level administrator. Those years inside schools shaped her understanding that meaningful change in education does not begin with programs or initiatives. It begins with people. When educators feel seen, heard, valued, and supported, the entire learning community transforms.

Today, as the founder and CEO of Supported EDU, Kelly works with schools and districts across the country to reimagine what education communities can become. Her work focuses on cultivating cultures of belonging where educators and students alike experience connection, trust, and purpose. Through leadership coaching, culture-building partnerships, and research-informed tools like the Supported EDU Wellness Audit, Kelly helps school communities understand the conditions that allow educators to stay, grow, and thrive.

Kelly is deeply invested in expanding the broader ecosystem of support for educators. In addition to her work with schools, she is actively involved in growing national networks that support the professionals dedicated to educator well-being and culture transformation, including her work with at a co-founder of the National Association of Educator Support (NAES). She believes strengthening these networks is essential to sustaining the leaders who are changing the face of education.

At the heart of Kelly’s work is a simple but powerful belief:
When we care for the adults who care for children, schools become places where everyone can flourish.

On a personal note, Kelly is the proud mother of three fierce, brave, and compassionate daughters. Together they have navigated life’s joys and challenges, experiences that continue to deepen her commitment to creating communities where people feel safe to be fully human.
