The Solution

Supported EDU developed a series of interactive workshops supporting the wellness of faculty and staff. The primary focus of the workshops included:

• Leaning into their passion and purpose
• Identifying CORE values and rooting in their WHY
• Establishing boundaries
• Creating systems and structures to support daily, self-care practices to nourish the educators and allow them to support students in a meaningful way.

The courses were offered throughout the year, inline with the district’s PD schedule, and included a summer SEL Bootcamp program.
