Nancy-Geer Hamilton

VP of Growth & Innovation

Nancy began her career in the classroom, teaching 8th-grade science for 10 years where she saw firsthand the brilliance and the burnout that shape a teacher’s day-to-day life. Driven by a desire to solve systemic challenges at scale, she earned an MBA and transitioned into EdTech and product leadership. At Isabella Products, Nancy was Director of Content and Partnerships where she built collaborations to bring digital books and learning solutions into schools for elementary aged students. Later, at Houghton Mifflin Harcourt, she managed the Science portfolio and led the charge to weave social-emotional learning practices into all of the HMH curriculum used world wide by thousands of students and educators.

Today, Nancy serves as VP of Growth & Innovation where she combines her classroom roots and product expertise to support Supported EDU’s programs and services that combat educator burnout, build community, and rekindle joy in teaching. Her mission is to ensure that educators not only survive the challenges of today’s schools but thrive where they are empowered, connected, and grounded in purpose.

On a personal note, Nancy is a mom to a college-aged daughter and co-creator of Two Forks Boston, a restaurant blog that they created together where they explore the city one meal and one story at a time.
